Are your minilabs used?
At Falcon Minilabs we buy minilabs
from 1 hour photo stores all over North America (United States and Canada).
These minilabs are refurbished and meticulously
tested in our workshop in Miami.
Before we deliver them to you, we make sure that everything is working
perfectly.
Buying a used minilab is like buying a
new car. There are many models available, many companies to buy from and
many prices available, but only reliable companies test the equipment in
working conditions.
When you buy from us you get to see your minilab printing actual
pictures since we test our equipment with real quemicals.

Technicians that, for 9 years now, have been working on this field of the

probably the same technician that will be taking care of your equipment.

Do
you offer any warranty?
We think
that the best warranty that we can offer you is to invite you to see
your equipment working in our workshop before we deliver it to your
studio.
Additionally
we give a warranty of 60 days on parts and telephone support to solve
any problem that you may experience.
How is the equipment shipped?
We can arrange shipping and handling of the purchased equipment to your
country (for international shipping) or to your door (USA shipping)
This
expense is not covered on the invoice and it is additional.
If you
live outside the USA you must hire a customs agent to help you with the
import process to your country.

How much do I have to
pay to import your minilabs to my country?
Every country has its own
policy and it can be very variable.
Please contact your custom agent to find out more about
this subject.
How long does it take to deliver the equipment to
me?
We ship the equipment before
15 days after it is being purchased.
We need this time to refurbish it, test it, and set it up.
How
would I buy the minilab from you?
In order to process your
order we need 50% of the invoiced total in advance.
Once the minilab is ready to be shipped the other 50% is requested.
Payments
can be made via wire transfer to our
bank account, check or money order.
