Anybody who purchases a minilab from falcon Minilabs has access to our Customer
Technical Support Line from Monday to Friday from 10am to 7pm (GMT-5,
Miami Time Zone)
This service is available through our main phone line (305-882 0373),
e-mail or in person at our workshop.
The Service answers any kind of issue
regarding the use, repair or installation of minilabs purchased from
Falcon Minilabs at no extra charge.
Is our way to be constantly in touch with you with professional
assistance.

our Customers in Miami:
For
all our customers that plan to run their business in the Miami and Fort
Lauderdale area and that purchased their minilabs from us, we have a free Technical Visit Plan that expires 30 days after their acquire the equipment.
During this period of time, any problem that your equipment may have will
be solved by one of our technicians that will visit your studio/store.
